Campaign Title: Summer Screen Exposure

The average American will spend a third of their summer staring at a screen, according to a new survey. Longer daylight and warmer nights do very little to cause millions of Americans to turn off their devices and head outside.

The study by Groupon explored the technology usage of 1,000 families and found the average respondent racks up just under six hours’ exposure to screens each waking day – just over a third of the average 16 hour waking day.
